To Whom It May Concern:

We would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to WEMCO and it’s staff for a job well done. It isn’t often that we get a chance to make this statement because inevitably, something always falls short. It has always been important to us that contractors follow through with their promises.

Our initial meeting with the owner Tom, set the tone for an enjoyable experience. Tom took our thoughts down, used his experience and presented us with a conceptual design that he reviewed and continued to work with us until everyone was satisfied.

It wasn’t until the team showed up to begin the “change” that I knew we were in the hands of professionals. Any thought I might have had about this being a “do it yourself” job quickly faded. Everyone was very accommodating and when we had special requests or minor adjustments, they took the time to understand and help us find a solution. What a dramatic change using the interlocking driveway and patio pavers, the new grass, trees and landscape planting, the bolders and accent lighting all came together as promised. To our pleasure WEMCO started and finished as scheduled. The foreman Ken made sure the job was done as specified and always responded to our questions. Thanks for all the hard work and professionalism shown.

The second big step for us was the pond. The pond team came in under the direction of Marc and installed a wonderful, natural looking rock Koi Pond with waterfall and accent lighting. Because all of this was in Winter, the pond plants will go in during Spring. Again, their professionalism and reputation is of utmost importance and they do not want to deliver a bad job. We are looking forward to Spring!

Again, we wish to thank Tom, Ken, Marc and their team for a very professional job and for transforming our yard into a beautiful, relaxing setting for personal enjoyment and entertaining.
